Center leader Lars Arge conferred a honorary doctorate at TU Eindhoven
Today, Lars Arge from Center for Massive Data Algorithmics (MADALGO) is conferred a honorary doctorate at TU Eindhoven.
Every year Technical University Eindhoven (TU/e) confer one honorary doctorate. This year the degree will be conferred on Lars Arge who is a Professor of Computer Science at Aarhus University and Director of the Danish National Research Foundation Center for Massive Data Algorithmics (MADALGO). It is only the second time a Dane is conferred such a degree from TU/e, the first being Professor Jens K. Nørskov from Stanford University in 2006.
Jens K. Nørskov headed the DNRF Center for Atomic-Scale Materials Physics (CAMP).
