DNRF Annual Meeting

The DNRF held its annual meeting on November 21, providing an opportunity to bring together key stakeholders to reflect on the results of the foundation’s latest evaluation. The evaluation examined the DNRF’s role in the Danish research funding landscape, its contributions to talent development and groundbreaking research, and the societal impact of the research it supports.

The evaluation confirmed that the DNRF continues to be a significant actor in Danish research and recommended maintaining the foundation’s activities at least at their current level. The annual meeting served as a platform for the Board to gather input and advice ahead of the 2026 call for Centers of Excellence and to guide the foundation’s strategic priorities for the future.
