Center leader receives the Carlsberg Foundations Research Prize 2012

Professor Kristian Helin receives the Carlsberg Foundation Research Prize 2012 in natural sciences. The prize is 1 million DKK where ¾ should be spend on further research.

Kristian Helin’s research has contributed with important knowledge of what goes wrong in the cells when cancer occurs. This can lead to breakthroughs in cancer treatment through development of new therapeutics.
