Replacements on the DNRF board

Four new members have been appointed to the DNRF board of trustees by January 1st.

The new board members are:

Anne Scott Sørensen.
Anne Scott Sørensen 1Anne Scott Sørensen is professor at Department for the Study of Culture at University of Southern Denmark. She obtained her Ph.D. in 1988, and has been employed at Aalborg University, Aarhus University, and University of Southern Denmark.

Anne Scott Sørensen is currently working in the field of cultural heritage, and on a project related to the ongoing paradigm shift towards user involvement and inclusion.

Anne Scott Sørensen has been nominated by the Danish Council for Independent Research.

Jesper Ryberg

Jesper RybergJesper Ryberg er professor of Etics and Phiosophy of Law at Roskilde University. He obtained his Ph.D. from University of Copenhagen in 1997, and his doctorate from Roskilde University in 2003.

Jesper Ryberg writes and teaches in the areas of ethics and philosophy of law. He is the head of the Research Group for Criminal Justice Ethicsand is currently also head of the Neuroethics and Criminal Justiceresearch project.

Jesper Ryberg has been nominated by The Royal Danish Academy of Science and Letters.

Minik Thorleif Rosing
Minik Thorleif RosingMinik Thorleif Rosing is professor at The Natural History Museum of Denmark, University of Copenhagen. He obtained his Ph.D. in 1989 from University of Copenhagen, and has been guest professor at Stanford University a number of times.

Minik Thorleif Rosing works in the field of the origin of life on earth, and the life’s influence on the geological evolution of earth. He is head of the Greenland Perspective project which tries to implement research results in the development of the Greenlandic society.

Morten Overgaard Ravn.
Morten RavnMorten Overgaard Ravn is professor at Department of Economics, University College London. He is Cand.Oecon from Aarhus University, and obtained his Ph.D. from University of Southampton in 1993. Since them Morten Overgaard Ravn has had a long international career in the field of macroeconomics at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, London Business School og European University Institute among other places.
