Professor Dan Zahavi receives two grants

Professor Dan Zahavi, Center Leader of Center for Subjectivity Research, has obtained a DKK 6.6 m grant from VELUX FONDEN to a project entitled “Empathy and interpersonal understanding”. The project will be launched in 2011.

Together with colleagues from Germany, Spain, Denmark, UK, and Italy, Professor Dan Zahavi has also been able to secure EU funding for a Marie Curie Initial Training Network (ITN) entitled TESIS: “Towards an Embodied Science of InterSubjectivity.” The project will run from 2011 – 2015 and has a total budget of more than DKK 32 m. The network coordinator is Professor Thomas Fuchs from Department of Psychiatry, University of Heidelberg. The associated partners include LEGO.
